We begin by reviewing the floor plan, photos, and basic site information, along with an initial discussion to understand the space and usage. Based on this, we recommend suitable flooring options, flag any strata-related considerations if applicable, and provide initial price guidance.

Clients are welcome to visit our showroom to view samples and confirm colours and finishes at this stage.

Where required, we attend site to inspect existing conditions and carry out accurate measurements. This includes assessing floor levels and other site-specific factors.

If levelling works or other trade coordination is required, we will review the situation and make necessary arrangements in advance, taking into account the overall renovation timeline.

Installation is completed by our experienced installer team with attention to detail. We also provide workmanship warranty and practical maintenance advice for long-term use.
